End the Iraq War, Support Our Troops & Veterans

Pragmatic patriotic Americans for years have consistently voiced two important questions to George Bush regarding the War in Iraq: why is our military in Iraq and when will our soldiers come home? Sadly, Bush has left unanswered these two critical questions amongst others regarding the Iraq War such as, the health and wellness of our troops in Iraq, the strategy in Iraq, the initial proposed link of Iraq to terrorism, veterans affairs at home, a deadline for troops withdrawal from Iraq, and more. Herein, the American public is frustrated with the lack of transparency and accountability to them with regards to the War in Iraq in all areas, especially an end to the Iraq War.

Gaurav Bhola shares the sentiments of pragmatic patriotic Americans everywhere. Like these true patriotic Americans, Gaurav reveres the US Constitution, holds the Bill of Rights sacred, and in esteem the ideals of American democracy, as such he believes respect for these ideals is the bedrock of genuine public service.

Hence, Gaurav Bhola is committed to public service that is sincere in its effort for the betterment and upliftment of society in all spheres based upon the values of the American Constitution and democracy. As our troops, veterans, and armed forces are an important part of American society, Gaurav Bhola will be diligent in making sure he does his part to support them in Congress.

As your Congressman, Gaurav Bhola will pursue efforts to end the Iraq War as quickly as possible and support our troops, thus carrying forward his and the American public’s strong sentiments on Iraq.

End the Iraq War, Bring Our Troops Home

An immediate duty to our brave soldiers in Iraq and their loved ones at home is to get them out of Iraq quickly and safely. A speedy resolution to end the Iraq War is the need of the hour. While many debate the merits of Bush’s Iraq policy at home, in Iraq casualties mount. The demerit of the Bush Iraq policy has already been acknowledged by the American public, what is needed now is a vigorous exit strategy.

Needed is a sustainable exit strategy that is tangible with a realistic deadline. Gaurav supports a withdrawal from Iraq that is methodical and feasible, providing the most safety to US military soldiers, securing a peaceful unified Iraq for future generations of Iraqis, and reestablishing American prestige and respect in the community of nations.

Support Our Troops, Care for Our Veterans and Veterans Affairs

Pragmatic American patriots show true compassion for our armed forces, troops, and veterans. To them Support Our Troops is not a hollow sentiment, but has deep meaning. Herein, to them Support Our Troops means giving our troops all the tools, resources, and safety equipment needed to do their job in Iraq. To them Support Our Troops means not just caring about the soldiers but their families as well, and having true compassion for the hardships both are going through during the unending Iraq War.

To them Support Our Troops means bringing troops home because they care about their health and wellness, like the soldiers' families, no longer being able to bear further loss of their soldiers and seeing many active soldiers becoming inactive disabled veterans.

As a pragmatic patriotic American, Gaurav Bhola is committed to our troops, our military, and our veterans in all realms.

He also wants veterans of not just the Iraq War, but all American engagements to be provided access to world class hospitals, doctors, medical coverage, and health and wellness care, including healing for mental trauma.

Veterans affairs have been in neglect and veterans administration underfunded for far too long. Immediate remedial steps need to be taken, so that our veterans keep faith in the American people’s duty to them in their hour of need, as the American people had faith in our veterans’ duty to the nation in our hour of need.

GAURAV WILL DO IT

When Gaurav is in Congress, he will work to sponsor and support legislation that brings about withdrawal from Iraq, supports our troops, veterans, and military:

• Give the military, the resources to do their job

• Support Our Troops by bringing them home

• Help the soldiers’ families at home

• Have a tangible deadline for withdrawal from Iraq

• Promote veterans affairs to a priority along with our serving troops

• Enhance funding for veterans administration through the US Department of Veterans Affairs

• Provide world class hospital facilities, medical care, health coverage to our troops and veterans

As your Congressman, Gaurav Bhola will work to find solutions to the Iraq War and provide real and tangible support to our troops and veterans.
